Recently it seems we have all been bludgeoned by the various news outlets touting how unstable our industry is. Sub-prime rates this…consumer price index that…tales of foreclosure market misery and economic instability all collide together to paint a very dismal picture for Realtors and consumers.

Personally, I spend the majority of my time every week out in various markets throughout the US talking with Realtors and brokers and, while many are having to retool or reposition, without fail the “movers and shakers” are still getting their share of the pie.
